About Sky Bites

Sky Bites was established in 2024 by Karen Atwell. Karen was a financial advisor for many
years with a passion for creating cuisine for family and friends. As time passed Karen found
herself creating for private parties. In 2022 Karen and her spouse, Clinton, moved to
Blairsville, Georgia. Sky Bites was created to serve the Blairsville Airport clients as a more
convenient method than previously offered. Now offering services for all Regional airports in
the Tri Counties.
